A Monster Calls

Twelve-year-old Conor is struggling with his mother’s terminal illness while also facing bullying at school. When an ancient tree monster appears to him, the strange and powerful visitor becomes part of how Conor begins to confront the fear, anger, and loneliness surrounding his life. As the encounters continue, Conor is pushed to face emotions he cannot easily name.
