Americathon

Told through narrative flashbacks, Americathon follows young television consultant Eric McMerkin as he is brought in by President Chet Roosevelt to help save a bankrupt United States. With the country facing repossession by wealthy Native Americans, Eric is tasked with organizing a national telethon in a last-ditch effort to raise the money needed to keep America from being taken over.
