Arrow - Season 3

In the opening of season 3, The Arrow now is a hero to the citizens of Starling because crime now is reduced, people have a safer life. However, a short time after his success, a deadly villain reappears in Starling and makes Oliver realize that he can never be Oliver Queen as before.
