Basket Case

A young man travels with a large basket that hides a terrible secret: inside is his extremely deformed twin brother, once conjoined with him and separated by doctors against their will. Bound by anger over what was done to them, the brothers set out to confront the people responsible, turning their shared trauma into a grim pursuit of vengeance.
