Blackout

A man wakes up in a hospital with no memory of who he is or how he got there. Before he can make sense of his situation, the hospital goes into lockdown and he realizes he is being hunted by the Cartel. Trapped inside with danger closing in, he is forced to run, fight, and piece together the truth about his identity before his pursuers catch him.
