Unhappy with her quiet new life in a small town, a teenage girl moves with her mother into an old house they have inherited. As she struggles with the change, she discovers a mysterious teen boy hiding in the attic, where he has been living for months. She begins to befriend him, unaware that his presence in the house comes with a dark secret.
