A lonely teenage horror fan and devoted video gamer tries a new interactive computer game that promises an immersive, hypnotic experience. Inside the game, he takes on the role of a psychopathic killer and murders innocent victims. But when he returns to reality, he discovers that what seemed like virtual violence has somehow become real.
