At a small prison farm in Arkansas, a newly appointed warden takes an unusual first step: he enters the institution posing as an inmate. What he sees exposes a culture of corruption he is determined to confront. Once his true role becomes clear, he sets out to clean up the prison and challenge the entrenched practices that have taken hold there.
