Call the Midwife is a BBC period drama series about a group of nurse midwives working in the East End of London in the late 1950s and early 1960s. In the season 4 of the Call the Midwife, the Nonnatus team returns with some new faces, as the world of midwifery moves from the 1950’s to the 1960’s, and personal crisis threatens the future of Nonnatus house itself.
