Capote

In 1959, writer Truman Capote learns about the murder of a family in Kansas and takes on an assignment for The New Yorker that leads him to write the nonfiction book In Cold Blood. As he researches the case, Capote becomes closely involved with the story and forms a relationship with Perry Smith, one of the convicted killers awaiting execution on death row.
