Cocoon

A group of seniors trespass for a swim in a pool, unaware that it contains alien cocoons. After their time in the water, they begin to feel newly energized, with a youthful vigor that changes the way they move through their daily lives. As the strange source of their renewed strength becomes clear, an ordinary escape turns into an unexpected encounter with something far beyond Earth.
