In Lincoln City, a small percentage of the population lives with extraordinary abilities, but most are poor and closely watched by a heavily militarized police force. Taylor, a construction worker with powers, is already struggling to get by when a petty misdemeanor puts him in direct conflict with the authorities, forcing him into a fight he never wanted.
