Crimes and Misdemeanors

A respected ophthalmologist tries to end an affair when his mistress threatens to expose their relationship to his wife, pushing him toward a desperate choice. At the same time, a frustrated married documentary filmmaker becomes infatuated with a television producer while making a film about her vain, self-centered boss, drawing both men into uneasy questions of desire, guilt, and compromise.
