After Charlie Hinton and Phil Ryerson are laid off, the two men struggle to find new jobs and adjust to life at home as stay-at-home fathers. Their unexpected time caring for their own children gives them an idea: if they can handle parenting full time, they might be able to turn that experience into a business by opening a day care center of their own.
