After many years away, reporter Alicja Tabor returns to Walbrzych, the city where she grew up. She comes to write about a disturbing case involving kidnapped and missing children, but the assignment also forces her back into the shadows of her own past. As Alicja investigates the sinister story gripping her hometown, she must confront the dark family history she left behind.
