Death Wish 3

Architect and vigilante Paul Kersey returns to New York City, where a crumbling neighborhood is being terrorized by a violent street gang. After crossing paths with a crooked police chief, Kersey is pushed into an uneasy arrangement with the law, giving him room to confront the criminals head-on and take his fight against street crime back onto the city’s streets.
