Doomwatch

An island community is threatened when the surrounding waters are polluted by chemical dumping. As contaminated fish enter the local food supply, the people who eat them begin to suffer disturbing physical deformities and violent changes in behavior. What first appears to be an isolated problem points to a dangerous environmental crisis spreading through the island.
