Employee of the Month

A laid-back store employee is pushed to change his ways when he learns that a new female co-worker is drawn to ambitious men, especially those who earn the Employee of the Month title. Hoping to win her attention, he starts taking the competition seriously, but standing in his way is a determined co-worker who has already made a habit of claiming the award.
