The Fairly OddParents - Season 7

A 10-year-old boy, worn down by the torture and humiliation of his babysitter, is placed under the care of two fairy godparents who can grant almost any wish. Their magic gives him a way to change his everyday life, but each wish can quickly spiral out of control.
