In 1999, a group of devoted Star Wars fans sets out on a cross-country trip with one urgent goal: reach George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch before the release of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace. For their dying friend, the mission is personal, offering him a chance to see the long-awaited film before it opens to the public.
