Years after Willy’s jump to freedom, teenager Jesse is reunited with the killer whale he once helped set free. Their reunion is soon threatened when an oil spill puts Willy and other orcas in danger. As the crisis grows, Jesse works to rescue the whales and protect them from the disaster spreading through their ocean home.
