A rising street rapper is close to finishing his debut album, but studio time costs money he does not have. With a criminal past still shadowing his future, he and a friend set up a risky drug deal to raise the cash. What starts as a way to keep his music career moving quickly spirals into trouble, threatening everything he has been trying to build.
