Dark Angel

Houston vice cop Jack Caine has little use for the rule book, driven by his own mission to stop the drug trade and bring down top supplier Victor Manning. When an undercover operation to trap Manning goes wrong and Caine’s partner is killed, he is forced to team with an FBI agent. Together, they pursue a group of drug dealers whose plans point to something far more sinister.
