In Los Angeles, a serial killer marks the 100th anniversary of Jack the Ripper by committing murders that echo the infamous crimes. Suspicion falls on a young doctor as the copycat killings continue, but the case takes a stranger turn when the doctor is murdered. His identical twin brother then comes forward, claiming he has seen visions that may reveal the real killer.
