At Reagan High, three of the most popular girls are part of an exclusive clique of teenage socialites with a best friend who seems to have it all. On the morning of her birthday, a kidnapping scheme goes horribly wrong when a jawbreaker accidentally kills the prom queen. Afraid of the truth coming out, the girls responsible conspire to cover up what happened.
