Johnny Got His Gun

During World War I, a patriotic young American soldier is devastated by an artillery shell and left blind, deaf, mute, and without his limbs. Trapped in a state close to a pseudocoma, he remains conscious inside what is left of his body, recalling the life that brought him to the battlefield while desperately searching for any way to communicate and end his suffering.
