Leviathan

At an American deep-sea mining colony on the ocean floor, the crew discovers a sunken Soviet vessel and brings a mysterious cargo back to their base. What they have recovered carries a horrific secret, unleashing a dangerous genetic mutation beneath the sea. Trapped far from the surface, the miners must fight to survive as the creature begins hunting them one by one.
