Peter Parker is an insecure but courageous and intelligent teen adjusting to life at a new school when a radioactive spider bite gives him extraordinary powers. After the death of his uncle, Peter takes on the identity of the costumed hero Spider-Man, learning to balance his new responsibilities as he faces evil super-villains and adapts to a very different way of life.
