Rocky Dennis is a highly intelligent teenager living with a severe facial skull deformity. With his mother, a member of a biker gang, he tries to build as ordinary a life as possible despite the challenges that come with his condition and their unconventional home world. Together, mother and son face their circumstances with determination and a desire for normalcy.
