When a king is poisoned and the nation risks sliding into chaos, a commoner who bears an uncanny resemblance to him is secretly called upon to take his place. Stepping into the role of ruler puts the look-alike’s own life in danger, but his disguise may be the only way to keep the country stable while the threat to the throne unfolds.
