After NCAA sanctions hit Texas State University, the Fightin’ Armadillos football program is left without its usual team and without scholarships to rebuild. Forced to fill the roster with students who actually attend the school, the university scrambles to put a team on the field and get through its scheduled season, even as one question hangs over every game: can they win at all?
