Six young college hopefuls head to Lithuania for a vacation filled with partying, but their trip takes a dangerous turn when they cross paths with a mysterious nomad known as the Artist. Behind his work as a tattoo artist lies a dark art form passed down through generations, and the group soon becomes entangled in his fiendish side business.
