After the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, Police Sergeant Tommy Saunders works alongside survivors, first responders and investigators as Boston reels from the attack. With the city on edge and the threat of more violence looming, they race against time in a sweeping manhunt to identify and capture the terrorists responsible before they can strike again.
