Pinocchio

Gentle woodcarver Geppetto creates a marionette to be the son he longs for, and a benevolent fairy brings the puppet to life. Named Pinocchio, the living toy is not yet a real boy. Guided by a cricket who serves as his conscience, he must learn what it means to be brave, truthful, and unselfish before he can prove himself worthy of becoming human.
