Pocketful of Miracles

In New York, bootlegger Dave the Dude and his girlfriend, Elizabeth “Queenie” Martin, step in to help Apple Annie, a boozy street beggar with an urgent problem. Annie’s daughter Louise is set to marry the son of a Spanish count, and Annie fears the truth about her life will ruin everything. To protect the illusion, Dave and Queenie try to transform her into a proper society lady.
