Wayne, an elf in Santa’s elite Prep and Landing unit, is disappointed when his former partner receives the promotion he had been hoping for. Instead, he is assigned a new rookie partner, Lanny, whose enthusiasm challenges Wayne’s frustration. As they work together, Lanny reminds him of the Spirit of Christmas and why their role in Santa’s team still matters.
