Days before the November mid-term elections, three young girls, one Muslim, one Mexican, and one Haitian, become the targets of a deranged killer wearing a POTUS costume. As the tense political moment looms in the background, the girls are stalked by a masked figure whose presidential disguise turns a familiar symbol of power into a source of terror.
