As war and civil strife spread across the world, a CIA agent is sent to a secret underground prison for a high-stakes interrogation. Her subject is a prisoner believed to be a time-traveling terrorist, and she suspects he may be responsible for the catastrophe unfolding outside. In the isolation of the facility, the operative presses for answers that could explain the crisis.
