In New Orleans, a dangerous new pill is spreading through the streets, giving users unpredictable superpowers that last for only five minutes. As the threat grows, a teenage dealer, a local cop, and an ex-soldier are drawn together by the same urgent mission: find the source of the drug and stop the group responsible for creating it.
