Pushing Dead

A struggling writer who has been HIV positive for more than 20 years is thrown into crisis after accidentally depositing a $100 birthday check. The small mistake pushes his income over the limit, and he is dropped from his health plan. Facing a maze of bureaucracy in an era of uneven universal care, he must fight to restore his coverage or find a way to pay $3000 a month for the medication he needs.
