After undergoing experimental plastic surgery, a young woman develops a disturbing need for human blood. As she begins attacking others, her victims become bloodthirsty zombies, spreading the condition from person to person. What starts as a single medical experiment gone wrong soon grows into a city-wide epidemic, turning a private horror into a public crisis.
