Red Heat

A tough Russian policeman is sent to Chicago to track down a Georgian drug lord who killed his partner and fled the country. To make the arrest, he is forced to team with a cocky Chicago police detective, creating an uneasy partnership between two very different officers as they pursue a dangerous fugitive through unfamiliar territory.
