A late-night birthday surprise brings a group of friends to the city morgue, where undertaker Amy is working after hours. The celebration turns into a nightmare when Jacob Goodnight, the one-eyed corpse of a brutal psychopath, unexpectedly rises from a cold sub-basement slab. Trapped inside the morgue, Amy and her friends are forced into a fight for survival as he begins to terrorize them.
