In 1955 West Texas, a home for wayward boys is changed by the arrival of a new music teacher. Through his fresh vision and belief in the boys, he brings a sense of possibility to a place defined by confinement and troubled pasts. As many of the interned boys respond to his guidance, music becomes a source of hope and a new way to imagine their lives.
