In Season 2 of Soap, the focus remains on the soap-opera-style antics of two very different families in the fictional town of Dunn’s River, Connecticut. The wealthy Tates and the working-class Campbells move through a comic world of family entanglements, class contrasts, and heightened everyday drama, with their lives and households continually brushing up against one another.
