Based on a true story, Song Sung Blue follows Lightning and Thunder, a down-on-their-luck husband-and-wife musical duo in Milwaukee who build a joyful Neil Diamond tribute act together. As their band finds unexpected success, their shared love of music carries them through the highs of performance and the heartbreaks that come with chasing a dream later in life.
