Terminal Island

After the death penalty is abolished, California sends its convicted murderers to the remote island of San Bruno, where they are left to live out their sentences without guards or outside control. In the brutal society that forms, a tyrannical camp leader rules through fear and exploitation, while another group begins to organize against him.
