The Canal

A film archivist’s life begins to unravel when he receives an old 16mm reel containing footage of a horrific murder from the early 1900s. Already troubled by suspicions that his wife is cheating on him, he starts to suffer nightmarish visions of an evil presence he believes is living inside his house, pushing his grip on reality to the breaking point.
