Season 1 follows William Ronald Trosper, a suburban family man whose ordinary life is knocked off course after an embarrassing incident at work. What begins as a personal and professional humiliation soon pulls him into an investigation that points to something much larger, as William tries to make sense of a far-reaching conspiracy that may extend well beyond his workplace.
