The Comfort of Strangers

Colin and Mary, an English couple, retreat to Venice in hopes of working on their relationship. Their stay takes a strange turn when they encounter Robert, a lyrical local bar owner and the son of an Italian diplomat, and his odd, sexually frank wife, Caroline. As Robert follows and seduces the lovers into his circle, Venice becomes the setting for intrigue and unsettling desires.
